Makes you more comfortable in managing datasets with little to no guidance.Helps you rely completely on your knowledge because the solutions to problems you created are really no where else to be found.Helps you think of various problems data analysis can solve.However, there are significant benefits to doing your own type of practice: There are endless resources to practicing your SQL skills online. Eventually, I also became interested in coming up with my own resources, setting up my own problems based on data I find and thinking how to find them. I mentioned a few resources I have used in my learning and practicing process. I recently wrote a post on how I learned SQL as a total beginner. ![]()
